DayByDeals operates as an online marketplace that connects buyers with independent third-party sellers. Products displayed on our platform may be offered and fulfilled by different sellers, and not directly by DayByDeals.

1. Marketplace Role

DayByDeals provides the technology platform that allows sellers to list products and buyers to place orders. Unless specifically stated on a product page, DayByDeals is not the manufacturer, importer, distributor, or owner of products listed by third-party sellers.

2. Seller Responsibility

Each seller is responsible for:

  • The accuracy of product descriptions, specifications, and images.
  • Pricing, inventory availability, and product warranties.
  • Order fulfillment, shipping, and customer support.
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Seller Information

Where required, seller details may be displayed on product listings or provided upon request. Sellers are required to maintain accurate and up-to-date business information.

4. Product Information

Product images, descriptions, specifications, and compatibility information are provided by sellers or manufacturers. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy, DayByDeals does not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free.

5. Orders and Payments

Payments may be processed through approved payment providers. Acceptance of an order does not guarantee product availability. Sellers reserve the right to cancel orders where stock is unavailable or pricing errors occur.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranty claims are governed by the seller's policies and applicable consumer protection laws. Buyers should review the seller's terms before making a purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

DayByDeals is not liable for the actions, products, services, or representations of third-party sellers. Any dispute regarding product quality, delivery, warranties, or seller conduct should first be addressed with the seller.

8. Reporting Concerns

If you believe a product listing is inaccurate, misleading, infringes intellectual property rights, or violates marketplace policies, please contact us immediately.

9. Acceptance

By using the DayByDeals Marketplace, buyers and sellers acknowledge and agree that DayByDeals acts solely as a marketplace platform and is not a party to the sale contract between buyers and independent sellers unless expressly stated otherwise.
