Order, Pricing & Stock Information

DayByDeals is an online marketplace operated by Day By Deals (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/601015/07. Products may be sold by DayByDeals or participating marketplace sellers. Check the seller identified on each product listing before ordering.

Prices and order totals

Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). Review the product price, quantity, discounts, delivery charges and final total at checkout before paying. Any applicable taxes and mandatory charges must be included or clearly disclosed before the order is confirmed.

Stock and availability

Review the availability shown on the product page. “In stock” means the item is available for fulfilment by DayByDeals or the listed seller; it does not mean every item is held at our administrative office. “Out of stock” means the item is currently unavailable. A product offered on backorder or with supplier lead time requires additional sourcing or processing time, which must be disclosed with the offer before purchase.

Availability can change between updates. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, DayByDeals will contact you with the available options. You may decline a proposed substitute or revised delivery date and request cancellation and a refund for the unavailable item. We will not substitute an item without your agreement.

Order confirmation and processing

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; it is not a dispatch notice. Processing depends on payment confirmation and fulfilment by the applicable seller. Contact support with your order number if you need an update.

Delivery charges and estimates

Delivery is R75 for orders below R750 and free for orders of R750 or more, calculated on the combined product subtotal after discounts. The delivery fee applies once per order, including orders from multiple sellers. No additional bulky-item surcharge applies.

Delivery time varies by seller and destination. Confirm the seller’s dispatch lead time and courier transit time before ordering if no product-specific estimate is displayed. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and South African public holidays. Remote destinations may take longer. Any longer supplier lead time must be disclosed before purchase. Listing or pricing errors

If a material product, price or stock error affects your order, we will explain the issue and the available resolution. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement. Corrections and cancellations remain subject to applicable consumer rights.

Returns, refunds and assistance

Review our Return Policy, Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions. Approved refunds are processed within 7 days; your bank or payment provider may require additional time.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable South African consumer law.
