DayByDeals is an online marketplace operated by Day By Deals (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/601015/07.

The marketplace provides an online environment where customers can discover and purchase eligible products offered through DayByDeals and participating marketplace sellers.

Marketplace Sellers

DayByDeals may allow approved marketplace sellers to offer eligible products through the marketplace.

Marketplace sellers are responsible for complying with applicable marketplace requirements, including requirements relating to their business information, product listings, pricing, stock, fulfilment and applicable legal obligations.

Seller participation on DayByDeals does not mean that every product has been independently inspected or authenticated by DayByDeals.

Identifying Product & Seller Information

Customers should review the information presented with the relevant product listing, order or transaction to understand the product being offered and, where applicable, the marketplace seller associated with the offer.

Product information may include the product name, description, specifications, condition, price, availability, seller information and delivery information where applicable.

Product Listings

Marketplace sellers are responsible for ensuring that information they submit about their products is accurate and not materially misleading.

Product images may be used to help identify or illustrate a product. Customers should also review the written product description and specifications before purchasing.

DayByDeals may review, correct, restrict or remove marketplace listings where appropriate under its marketplace policies.

Product Authenticity

Marketplace sellers must comply with DayByDeals requirements concerning product authenticity, listing accuracy and intellectual property.

DayByDeals does not describe every marketplace product as independently authenticated or individually verified unless such verification has actually taken place.

Returns & Refunds

Once a refund has been approved, DayByDeals will process the refund within 7 days. A bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds become available.
