All product prices on DayByDeals are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). The price applicable to a product is shown on its listing and confirmed during checkout.

2. Marketplace Seller Pricing

Products may be sold directly by DayByDeals or by independent marketplace sellers. Each seller may set their own prices, meaning identical or similar products may be offered at different prices.

The applicable seller is identified on the relevant product listing.

3. VAT and Taxes

Prices and applicable taxes are presented in accordance with South African law. VAT treatment depends on the seller's tax registration and the transaction. Any applicable charges are disclosed before payment.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges may vary according to the seller, product, delivery destination and selected delivery method.

Applicable delivery charges are displayed during checkout before the customer confirms payment.

5. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional offers are subject to their advertised terms, validity periods and applicable products.

Seller-specific discounts may not apply to products offered by other marketplace sellers. Any applicable discount is reflected in the checkout total.

6. Pricing Errors

Although DayByDeals and its sellers aim to maintain accurate pricing, occasional errors may occur.

If a material pricing error affects an order, the customer will be informed of the available options. Any correction, cancellation or refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

7. Price Changes

Prices may change due to supplier costs, seller pricing decisions, promotions or other commercial factors.

Updated prices apply to future orders. Existing orders remain subject to their agreed transaction terms and applicable law.

8. Stock Availability

Sellers are responsible for maintaining accurate stock information.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be informed of the available options, including a refund where required.

9. Checkout and Payment

Customers can review product prices, quantities, discounts, delivery charges and the total payable amount before completing their purchase.

Payments must be made through the payment methods available at DayByDeals checkout.

10. Refunds

Eligible refunds are handled according to our published policies.

DayByDeals aims to process approved refunds within seven working days after applicable approval, return or assessment requirements have been completed, subject to any earlier statutory deadline.
