How Selling on DayByDeals Works
DayByDeals provides an online marketplace where approved sellers can list eligible products. Seller participation is subject to application review and applicable marketplace requirements.
Submit Your Application
Provide the requested seller and business information through the DayByDeals seller registration process.
Application Review
DayByDeals may review the information provided before marketplace selling access is approved.
List Eligible Products
Approved sellers can create eligible product listings in accordance with marketplace listing standards.
Manage Orders
Manage applicable orders, stock information and fulfilment responsibilities through the marketplace.
Seller Responsibilities
Marketplace sellers are responsible for their listings, products and compliance with applicable DayByDeals marketplace requirements and applicable law.
Provide accurate product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, condition and other relevant information.
Maintain accurate pricing and product availability information for marketplace listings.
Do not list counterfeit, stolen, unlawfully reproduced or materially misrepresented products.
Process applicable orders according to the marketplace and delivery requirements relevant to the order.
Cooperate with applicable customer enquiries, returns, refunds, complaints and dispute resolution processes.
Ensure products and selling activities comply with applicable laws and marketplace requirements.
Seller Applications Are Subject to Review
Submitting an application does not guarantee seller approval. DayByDeals may review seller information, product categories and other relevant information before providing marketplace selling access.
The ability to create or submit a product listing does not mean DayByDeals has confirmed that the product is lawful, unrestricted, authentic or suitable for sale.
Marketplace sellers remain responsible for their products and applicable compliance obligations.
